Ingredients for making simple gingerbread cake from a blender:

For mass:

 2 eggs

 1 can of condensed milk

 1 cup of whole milk

1 cup of honey (300 grams)

 1 cup brown sugar

 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

 4 cloves

 1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon

 1 teaspoon of baking soda

 1 teaspoon of baking powder

3 cups of wheat flour (420 grams)

Filling:

 1 can of condensed milk

Ganache:

 ½ can of sour cream

 150 grams of semisweet chocolate

How to Make Simple Honey Bread Cake from a Blender:

Separate the ingredients. The first tip is to sift the flour to make it easier to mix it into the dough.

Eggs and milk should be at room temperature.

Start by smearing a pan with butter and cocoa powder - using cocoa your honey bun cake doesn't turn white on the sides!

Then pour the milk into a pan and add the cloves. Bring to the fire and, when it boils, turn off the heat and wait for it to cool completely.

Tip: You can also use clove powder: add 1 teaspoon in the next step.

Put the following ingredients in a blender: eggs, condensed milk, whole milk (strain the milk before putting it in a blender), honey, brown sugar, cocoa powder and cinnamon powder. Beat until smooth and homogeneous.

Then reduce the speed of the blender and mix the wheat flour little by little. Finally add the yeast and baking soda and mix lightly.

Pour the dough into the greased pan and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes - or stick a toothpick in the center of the dough to check: if the toothpick comes out dry, your cake is ready!

Tip: The form used is 24cm in diameter and 7cm in height.

While the cake bakes, prepare the homemade honey bread cake ganache: chop the chocolate very finely and heat the cream (it can be on the stove or in the microwave). Pour the warmed cream into the chocolate and stir until completely melted.

To make the dulce de leche we will use a super known and practical shortcut: cooking the condensed milk can in the pressure cooker. Add enough water to cover the can, close the pan and cook for 40 minutes from the time the pan beeps. Wait for all the pressure in the pan to go out before removing the lid and also wait for the can to cool completely before opening.

When the cake is done, remove from the oven and wait to cool. Then cut it in half to stuff.

Spread the dulce de leche filling (cooked condensed milk) on one of the cake halves.

Put the other part of the dough back in the cake and cover with the chocolate ganache and cream.

What a pleasant surprise this honey bread cake was! It is one of those cakes that grow a lot, are very tall, beautiful and serve 6 people very well. The perfect dessert to serve on a family Sunday!
